The Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Basak San Nicolas, headed by SK Chairman Jess Apiag, proudly announces the establishment of the Basak San Nicolas Sitio Youth Officers (BSYO)βa unified network of sitio youth leaders aimed at strengthening localized leadership and ensuring accessible information in every sitio of the barangay.
This initiative is anchored under Republic Act No. 10742 (Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015), which mandates the SK to initiate, plan, and implement programs that promote youth participation and development in local governance.
Through BSYO, we bring governance closer to the youthβhugpong sa mga youth leaders sa matag sitio alang sa mas lig-on ug organisadong kabatan-onan sa Basak San Nicolas. π
